Vidhi Acharya

Vidhi brings over two decades of legal operations expertise in personal injury law, spanning both plaintiff and defence sides at top tier firms. As Director of Operations at UL Lawyers, she leads recruitment, training, and mentorship across the legal team, building the protocols, manuals, and HR systems that keep the firm compliant, cohesive, and operating at a high standard.

Her leadership is grounded in the belief that a well trained, well supported team is what drives strong client outcomes. Vidhi holds certificates from Wilfrid Laurier University in trauma, counselling techniques, and child and youth mental health, giving her a deeper, more compassionate understanding of how accidents, injury, loss, grief, and other life altering events affect the people her firm serves.

Outside the office, Vidhi is the founder of ExpressiveVie, where she leads community song circles and expressive arts workshops as an expressive arts therapist in training, and volunteers with organizations supporting families through cancer, women's wellness, and creative healing.
